Pioneer Memorial Church will conduct a church-wide lockdown drill during Sabbath School (at 11:10 a.m.) on November 7, 2026.
This is a planned safety preparedness exercise and not an emergency. There will be a pre-drill announcement to prepare you for the drill.
The scenario is that there is a safety threat outside the church and we want to keep us all safe. All lights should be turned off and cell phones silenced. Hide and remain silently hidden.
In an actual event, the ONLY person who can provide an "All Clear" is a uniformed law enforcement officer coming to your location.
When you hear the LOCKDOWN announcement, please participate as you would in a real event. The drill will conclude with an "All Clear" announcement over the emergency broadcast system.
