“For God Loved the World”
John 3:16, 17 CSB
For God loved the world in this way: He gave his one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
Why belong to a church?
We are created for connection. Belonging to a church means being part of a spiritual home where faith is shared, burdens are carried together, and lives are strengthened through relationships.
Are Seventh-day Adventists Christians?
Yes, we are Christians. We believe in a God whose unfailing love and plan of salvation will soon restore our broken world, giving us new hearts and eternal life with Him.
What is the Sabbath?
We worship on Saturday, which we call the Sabbath. It is God’s gift for human flourishing—rooted in creation, affirmed by Jesus, and supported by science—inviting us to rest, trust, and find restoration.
What should I expect when I attend a service?
Walking into a new church can feel intimidating, but at Pioneer, our service is focused on hope, meaning, and real life. Sit wherever you like and participate at your own pace.

“Solo but Never Stranded”
A GYC discipleship weekend centered on what it means to stand for God without standing alone. Gather for small groups, followed by messages at from Jermaine Gayle and Garrett Morgan. On Sabbath morning, we’ll worship during First and Second Service, with a special Sabbath School panel in-between.

Designed for the Ordinary
After the acceptance letters come the packing lists and long drives to campus. The endless boxes crammed into SUVs. The parents are sweating from their souls as they haul. The mini-fridges up flights of stairs. There are the last-minute trips to the dollar store because someone forgot a shower curtain, a phone charger, or the other 99 items that weren’t important, until they suddenly were.
