What does joining the team mean for me?

We’re so glad you’re interested in the Media Team here at Pioneer! Here’s what you need to know before signing up. You’ll learn audio, video, and lighting production in a live Sabbath morning worship setting — all training happens on-site, so no experience is necessary. Next step after that is scheduling a training session — or if you’d rather observe first, email us to arrange a visit to our control room on a Saturday morning. We look forward to meeting you soon!

Audio

(Stage Mix, Front of House, Recording) — build and follow a stage plan, work with in-ear monitors (IEMs), and mix sound live.

Video Production

(Camera or Control Room) — operate cameras, run graphics, or direct.

Lighting

Set and manage lighting cues throughout both services.

What’s the commitment?
Our regular rotation is every 3 weeks, but we’re flexible — whether you can only serve occasionally or want to help more often, just let us know.

Are you under 18?
Download and complete the parental consent form, have a parent or guardian sign it, and upload it in the sign-up form below.

Can this count as University service hours?
Usually yes for University service and co-curricular credit — just confirm co-curricular eligibility with the Office of Student Life.
