We're delighted to welcome to our Pioneer pastoral team John and Teresa Glass, our new pastoral care (visitation) pastors. John and Teresa are native Michiganders, growing up near Flint (John) and on a farm south of Battle Creek (Teresa). Having spent 20 years pastoring in Michigan, they have subsequently pastored across the country (from Virginia to Oregon). The Glasses have two married daughters, both alums at Andrews University: Candace (a physical therapist), married to Nathan Sumner (a graduate of Ruth Murdoch and Andrews Academy), with two children; and, Charity (an attorney), married to Chad Cotta (grandson of Roger and Peggy Dudley), with one son.
Teresa is a respiratory therapist, working at the ABC Christian Bookstore here in town, and John is a three-time alumnus of Andrews. You’ll come to love them both, as we have. We pray for them God's abundant blessings on their ministry here in our parish. Welcome, John and Teresa!
