PA services are paid up front for your scheduled program time plus one hour. Any overages or underages in time will be subtracted from or added to your security deposit at the time of refund after the event.

Information for Specific Groups
Weddings
- Weddings are always full day prices (8 hours).
- Additional two (2) hour wedding rehearsal included.
- Public Address/Audio Visual Operator(s) will be charged during rehearsal.
- Additional charges may apply.
AU Clubs and Departments
- Religious and/or educational event is free of charge but requires security deposit and additional charges may apply.
- Public Address/Audio Visual Operator(s) will be handled by Andrews University Department of Telecommunications. It is your responsibility to contact them for your event.
- Non‐religious and/or non‐education event requires rental fee (at member rate), security deposit and additional charges may apply.
Students' Special Projects and Programs
- Requires deposit and rental fee is subject to approval.
