Andrews University’s College of Health & Human Services along with the YMCA of Southwest Michigan, the City of Niles, and Be Healthy Berrien have collaborated to bring to the community its annual Health & Fitness Expo. The expo will be held at the Niles-Buchanan YMCA on Sunday, October 6, 2019 from 12-3pm and is free to the public. Participants can enjoy a variety of fun activities, including interactive booths where participants can learn about holistic health and wellbeing, kid’s activities and games, vegetarian food samples, cooking demonstrations, health screenings, and more. Participants will have the opportunity to win a variety of prizes, donated by the vendors, which will be raffled off throughout the event.
