On Sunday, February 12 a group of 16 women gathered together to “stir up love and good works” as Teri Village emphasized in the devotional talk. Marlene Burt gathered the various materials needed for the ladies to make flower arrangements. Cards were also prepared to go to 35 homebound and recent widows/widowers in the PMC church family. All enjoyed refreshments and fellowship as the each creatively assembled their flower arrangements. All participants agreed to personally deliver the gifts to 2-4 people and to share love, hope, encouragement and prayers to each person visited. The ladies were excited to share their gift and the love of Jesus to these precious members! I delivered mine that day to 3 members and I felt the Holy Spirit present as we shared and prayed together. I was truly blessed and each one was so appreciative of the gift, card and visit. This was truly a “love on the move” event! Thanks to all who came out and participated!
