Free Health Classes

These are free co-ed classes, open to anyone over the age of 18.  Their schedule follows the University calendar, meeting when school is in session.  Updated information can be found under the Events tab at  Sponsored by PMC Health Ministries, Lamson Health Club, and University Health & Wellness.

    Monday and Wednesday, 7:30 - 8:15 AM
    Location: AU Beaty Pool (free admission to class members)
