Bill and JoAnn Habenicht were long time members of Pioneer.  A memorial service for JoAnn Habenicht who passed away on August 20 will be held at the Village Seventh-day Adventist Church on Sunday, September 20, at 10:00 am.

Celebration of the Cross

Please mark Sabbath, October 3 (9:00/11:45 AM), for a joyful celebration of the Lord's Supper as a worshiping community. While we will participate with actual emblems of bread and wine, because of the pandemic the elements will be prepackaged for your safety. These packaged elements will be available for your pickup at the church office the week before (Monday, September 28 through Sabbath, October 3). On-site worshipers will receive the packaged communion elements upon arriving for worship Sabbath morning.

SciFEST Comes To You: Septmber 21

High school students are invited to join us for this remote yet interactive STEM experience. Design, problem-solve, build, connect with others, and be challenged by participating in lab activities with teammates. Relax--It Doesn’t Matter Who Wins

A friend of mine, who is a citizen of another nation far from here, contacted me with earnest concern about corrupt officials who apparently are trying to wrest family lands away from his family. Which being interpreted means, his family is running into unwanted intrusion by officials higher up. My friend wanted prayer right away—so I looked up a Bible promise to claim on his and his family’s behalf.
