Hospitality
You can tell the people that have this gift, because you immediately feel comfortable around them. There's a difference between entertaining and hospitality. These people have a great concern for your comfort. If you have this gift, you should be a greeter. Totally. Some people know how to shake your hand and make you feel relaxed.
The ability to make others, especially strangers, feel warmly welcomed, accepted and comfortable in the church family. The ability to coordinate factors that promote fellowship between the saved and unsaved, whether it be within the church, in one's own home, or at some other location or event. The ability to graciously accommodate those in need.
