Children's Sabbath School families are invited to join us for "The Nature of Campus" this coming Sabbath. You will have the option of joining one of three tours around campus to learn more about the nature that is so close to us.

Walking with Jesus - Eau Claire VBS

The Eau Claire SDA Church invites you to join them for "Walking with Jesus" Vacation Bible School. Every minute will be filled with take-home crafts, thrilling skits, lively songs, nourishing snack food, and powerful Bible lessons; learning about Walking with Jesus. VBS for ages 3-12 and will be held at the Eau Claire SDA Church (6562 Naomi Road, Eau Claire, MI 49111) on July 12 through 16 from 6:30 to 8:30 PM each evening.

International Day of the Widow

The estimated number of widowed persons worldwide in 2020 was approximately 350 million, with the large majority, approximately 80 percent, being widowed women. But, the actual number is likely to be much higher and to grow further as the coronavirus and its related effects on health continue to range around the world. Here are some resources to share with those who may be grieving loss.

The Governor, She Said . . .

By now most of us Michiganders have read the good-news proclamation of Governor Gretchen Whitmer on June 17: “'Today is a day that we have all been looking forward to, as we can safely get back to normal day-to-day activities and put this pandemic behind us.’” And with that she announced, “Beginning June 22, capacity in both indoor and outdoor settings will increase to 100% and the state will no longer require residents to wear a face mask” (www.michigan.gov/whitmer/0,9309,7-387-90499-562084--,00.html).
