International Sabbath

All are invited to attend a special worship service prepared by the International Students. Our guest speaker will be Elder David Kim of the Nicodemus Society. Come dressed in your Traditional/ Culture attire. As you remember, last year we made an appeal on behalf of our international students for a special offering for “international students emergency fund”; and we are extremely thankful for last year's gift. We have been blessed to assist many of our students who had urgent needs (with groceries, eyeglasses, doctor’s visits and so on).

Crochet Hope

Who could forget her story! As the London Guardian wryly observed, "Whatever faults Maria D'Antuono may have, wasting time is not among them."

New Traffic Pattern

The Health & Wellness Center construction work has kicked into high gear this week with the removal of pavement on the south side of the PMC traffic circle and the addition of fill and grading. New sanitary lines and water lines have also been installed under the PMC circle.

Starting Sabbath, March 24, there is a new traffic pattern as you drive past the church. Please note all posted signage and the new 4-way stop.

Tiptoeing Through Life

Shane Claiborne, the young and radical Christian activist, popular particularly among millennials, made an observation that is worth pondering: "I am convinced that if we lose kids to the culture of drugs and materialism, of violence and war, it's because we don't dare them, not because we don't entertain them. It's because we make the gospel too easy, not because we make it too difficult. Kids want to do something heroic with their lives, which is why they play video games and join the army.

Experience the Gospel of Mark

Celebrate Easter with us by attending a live performance of the story of Jesus. Experience the good news of Mark’s gospel by attending this stage performance told by Jared Nudd. Pastor Nudd has committed to memory the entire gospel and will be sharing Mark’s words as it was originally intended - orally in its entirety. This event is free and open to the public. We hope you and your family will plan to attend!
