Brian Strayer, retired professor of history at AU, will make the first of two presentations on the topic of "A History of Adventist Lifestyles: Some Facts, Some Insights, and Some Surprises." The talk is scheduled for Sabbath, February 18, at 3:30 PM in Garber Auditorium, Chan Shun Hall, and is sponsored by Michiana Adventist Forum. All are invited. The second part of the presentation is scheduled for April 19.

During the month of February, Pioneer is sponsoring the collection of food for weekend meals for the children in Berrien Springs schools who are in need of assistance. The food collected will be given to Backpacks for Berrien, who will then pack the food for distribution to these children each week. There is a list of food items needed and collection bins provided where you may place your gifts of food. Let's fill these bins in the month of February.
 

This year's topic is "Blessed are the Peacemakers". The MWC is a forum for scholarly and professional dialogue, the advancement of knowledge, and the promotion of best practices in Christian worship and music. February 16-18 in the Seminary chapel. Register at andrews.edu/icwm/conference.
